# DefendableOS

## What it is

DefendableOS makes AI work verifiable. It sits alongside the AI tools and agents a business already runs and adds three things to every assignment:

- Capture — the instruction given to the agent, the output it produced, and the evidence behind it flow into one layer.
- Verify — outputs are tested against evidence, math, and code, then run through review logic. The verdict is explained and can be challenged.
- Receipt — a verifiable receipt of what the agent did, whether the work held up, and the decision behind it; hashed and built to be defended.

A named human owner always keeps final authority over what is trusted, repaired, or set aside. The system informs the decision; it does not override the person.

## The problem it solves

Businesses are running AI in real workflows but cannot prove what it did, why it did it, whether it succeeded, or what happened when it failed. DefendableOS turns AI activity into defensible, verifiable output that holds up under review.

## Outputs

Every DefendableOS run can produce a complete, portable proof set:

- Execution Trail — a structured trail of the original request, inputs, agent actions, tools used, evidence reviewed, checks performed, and the final outcome.
- Verification Receipt — a portable receipt showing what passed, what failed, what was flagged, what was repaired, and what was approved.
- Verdict Package — a human-readable judgment layer: retained, rejected, escalated, repaired, approved, or not defendable.
- Evidence Bundle — the source materials, observations, benchmarks, files, outputs, hashes, and supporting context behind the run.
- Exportable Proof Artifact — a PDF, JSON, API response, ledger entry, booklet, deed, benchmark report, dataset receipt, or client-facing package.
- Early-Warning & Repair Signal — weak or failing runs are flagged before they reach a decision, paired with a repair path, and captured as proprietary datasets you own, so the system gets stronger every time it is wrong.
